A few days in Venice.....

If Venice isn't already on your bucket list of places to go, then it really should be. Having just unpacked my suitcase from my first visit to this amazing city, I can already say - I'll be back. Of course there's all the must sees that any visitor just has to do, from gondola rides, taking in the views of the Grande Canal from the Rialto bridge and of course paying a visit to St Mark's Square - one of the iconic landmarks. But I also loved the fact that you can turn a corner and stumble on a derelict palace, or a magnificent church that just so happens to display works of art from Titian and Donatello. Once you've soaked up the culture, there's really only one thing to do - enjoy the famous Venetian cuisine and enjoy a Spritz or two in one of the street cafes. I'm lucky to be able to travel the world to photograph weddings, which gives me the opportunity to see some unbelievable places too. Keep an eye on the blog as I'll be featuring really soon, - not just a typical wedding in Venice but a big fat Greek wedding in Venice! Keep em peeled!!
